Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- rice - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Boil chicken. Let drain. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Boil rice. Combine chicken, rice, cream of mushroom and 1/2 can of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook in oven on 300° about 20 minutes. Top with cheese just before removing from oven.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
