Chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Minute rice, uncooked
- soup can water - 1 item
- chicken parts 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 breasts
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine soups, water, butter and mushrooms in saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat. When warm and thoroughly blended, remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside. Add rice to saucepan and stir. Pour mixture of rice and soup into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour remaining cup of soup mixture over chicken pieces. Cover dish and place in preheated oven at 350°.
