- water
- rice - 1 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bags grilled chicken pieces - 2 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Pour rice into buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with soup mix. Add water. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour soup over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
