Ingredients/Components

  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 oz
  • mayonnaise
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 item
  • pimento optional - 4 oz
  • to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up - 6 item
  • box white and long grain cooked rice - 1 item
  • frozen French-style green beans - 2 cans

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Mix all ingredients and put into large casserole, 3-quart size. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
