Ingredients/Components
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 oz
- mayonnaise
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 item
- pimento optional - 4 oz
- to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up - 6 item
- box white and long grain cooked rice - 1 item
- frozen French-style green beans - 2 cans
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix all ingredients and put into large casserole, 3-quart size. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
