Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cups water - 2 item
- can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup - 1 item
- boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- 1/2 cup Minute rice - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Place chicken in casserole dish and pour melted butter over it. Add a layer of rice and top with both cans of soup. Add water and a little salt. Bake in covered dish or cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
