Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 oz
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- rice - 1 c
- chicken breast, skinned and boned - 1 2
How to make chicken and rice:
Dip chicken into egg, then in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in large skillet. Place chicken into skillet and brown. Remove and set aside. Place rice, chicken broth, parsley, salt and water in skillet. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and cover.
