  • Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese optional - 1 item
  • fryer, cooked, boned and diced - 1 item

How to make chicken and noodle casserole:

Cook chicken. Bone and dice. Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter until tender. Cook noodles in chicken stock; drain, leaving about 1 cup stock in noodles. Mix the soup, mushrooms and cheese with the sauteed vegetables and chicken. Toss with the noo
