Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- fresh mushrooms, chopped - 4 5
- cube butter - 1/4 item
- boneless skinless chicken breast per person - 1 item
- olive oil small amount for browning - 1 item
How to make chicken and mushrooms:
Saut?© chicken in olive oil until brown. Transfer chicken to baking dish. Cover chicken with mixture of broth, butter, garlic and seasoning salt to taste. Top this with the mushrooms. (The more mushrooms, the better as they will shrink during cooking.) Cook for 60 minutes at 350°.To Serve: Rice, fixed separately, is a great side dish. Then you can soak up more of the yummy sauce on both the chicken and rice. Goes well with a tossed salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
