- flour - 4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- broth - 4 6
- chicken bouillon - 3 tsp
- cooked chicken remove from bones - 1 item
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Mix the flour, beaten eggs, salt and oil in mixing bowl. Add enough water to make stiff dough. Roll out very thin; cut in strips and drop into boiling broth that the bouillon has been added.
