Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- broth - 1 c
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- cornbread - 4 c
- chicken breasts, cooked - 4 item
How to make chicken and dressing casserole:
Remove skin and bone from breast. Cut up meat and other ingredients except soup. Pour soup over top and bake 40 minutes at 375°.Hints: Reserve part of milk to thin chicken soup so it will pour.
Use can of chicken broth as part of the liquid to cook chicken breasts. If broth is too rich, use less butter.
