Ingredients/Components

- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sage - 3 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- black pepper
- chicken - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cut chicken off bone and leave in broth
How to make chicken and dressing:
Boil in water. Cut chicken off bone and leave in broth. Have 2 quarts of broth. (If needed, add more water.)Dressing Mix:1 1/4 lb. bread, dried and crumbled3 eggs, beaten1 large onion, chopped1 c. diced celery1 1/2 tsp. black pepper3 Tbsp. sage1 1/2 tsp. salt1 stick margarine Mix all these ingredients together. Pour hot chicken and broth over them. Stir until well mixed. Pour into pan. Bake until firm at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
