  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 10 oz
  • milk
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 2/3 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c
  • cut-up, cooked chicken

How to make chicken and broccoli pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.

Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake just until melted. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
