Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/4 1/2
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cream of chicken soup undiluted - 2 c
  • chicken breasts, cooked - 4 item
  • broccoli, cooked - 2 pkg
  • grated cheese on top - 1 item
  • French fried onions on top of cheese - 1 item

How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:

Place broccoli in bottom of Pyrex dish. Put chicken breasts, bite-size, on top of broccoli. Pour soup and mayonnaise mixture over this. Sprinkle cheese on top and onions on top of cheese. Heat in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
