Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- bag broccoli - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese or Cheez Whiz - 1 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Boil chicken and pick off bone. Cook broccoli. Mix mushroom soup, Miracle Whip and lemon juice. Then layer in greased baking dish broccoli and chicken. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese or Cheez Whiz and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Also can cook rice and pour mixture over.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
