Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
- frozen broccoli
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- cream of chicken soup
How to make chicken and broccoli:
Sauce:2 c. cream of chicken soup1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing1 tsp. curry powder Boil chicken until tender and remove the bones. Cook broccoli until nearly 1/2 done. Place broccoli in bottom of a casserole dish. Place chicken in layer over this. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
