- sour cream - 2 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- oleo - 6 Tbsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- grated Jack cheese - 4 c
- chickens - 2 item
- small cans diced Ortega chili peppers - 2 item
How to make chicken acapulco:
Cook chicken. Remove bones and dice. Melt oleo and stir in flour. Add sour cream; cook and stir until bubbly. Add soup, chicken and chili. Put in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese, then bake 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice or crepes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
