  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • corn meal - 1 Tbsp

How to make chess pie:

Butter should be at room temperature. Mix first 4 ingredients real good; add to butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Put in a 9-inch deep dish pie crust. Cook until done.
