Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- Pet milk - 1 c
How to make chess pie:
Mix flour and sugar. Add egg yolks, salt, milk and butter; cream together. Add vanilla. Bake in uncooked pie shell. Bake at 450° for 50 minutes, then at 350° for 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
