Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 3/8 tsp
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make chess pie:
Melt margarine slowly. Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Beat the egg yolks and whole egg together, adding water, lemon juice and margarine. Mix together well, then add to the sugar-flour mixture.
