- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- golden recipe butter yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make chess cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Pour cake mix over melted margarine. Add 1 egg, mix well. (I use my hands and work up like dough.) Pat over bottom and sides like pie crust. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar. Add 3 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
