- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/4 c
How to make cherry torte:
Filling:1/2 c. sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 eggs Blend crust ingredients together and place in 9-inch square pan.Mix sugar into softened cream cheese, then add eggs separately, beating after each addition. Pour over crust and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven when filling is firm and cool. Pour 1 can of cherry pie filling over top. Chill several hours. Other fruit toppings may be used.
