  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • box small vanilla wafers - 1 item

How to make cherry tarts:

Beat together until light and fluffy. Fill 1/3 cup. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375°. Cool on rack and top with filling. Makes 3 dozen.
