- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- box small vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make cherry tarts:
Beat together until light and fluffy. Fill 1/3 cup. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375°. Cool on rack and top with filling. Makes 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Kid Friendly.
