Cherry crisp
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flaked coconut - 1/4 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- softened butter - 3 Tbsp
- can cherry pie filling or topping - 1 oz
How to make cherry crisp:
Pour cherry pie filling into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Stir in almond extract. Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Add butter. Stir with fork until mixture is crumbly. Stir in walnuts and coconut. Sprinkle mixture over cherry pie filling. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden on top and filling is bubbly.
