- sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- graham cracker crust - 10 in
How to make cherry cream cheese pie:
Mix softened cream cheese with a scant 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a 10 in. graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Before serving, top with cherry pie filling which has been mixed with 1/8 tsp. almond extract. Keep refrigerated. Serves 6-8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
