  • water - 1/2 c
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • margarine or butter - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 to
  • powdered sugar
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
  • active dry yeast - 1 pkg

How to make cherry coffee cake:

Glaze:1/2 c. powdered sugar1/4 tsp. almond extract3 to 4 tsp. milk In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Blend well. In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup milk, water and margarine until very warm (120° to 130°).
