- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 5 Tbsp
- semi-sweet chocolate pieces - 6 oz
- chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
- can Reddie Maid Cherry fruit filling - 21 oz
How to make cherry chocolate cake:
Combine cake mix, eggs and cherry fruit filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched. In a small pan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook one minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces, stir until melted and smooth.
