Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
- sugar - 1 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- small box cherry jello - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 16 oz
- can cherries - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 sticks of melted butter and 7 tablespoons of sugar in long Pyrex dish. Cook at 350° for 10 minutes. Set it in refrigerator after done.Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until creamy. Boil one cup water and add the box of cherry jello and the creamy mixture to boiling water; beat with electric mixer. Mix Cool Whip into the mixture and pour into crust. After the cheesecake has set for 45 minutes, in the refrigerator, then spread the cherries over it.
