- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Comstock cherries - 1 can
- can sweetened condensed evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese1 can sweetened condensed evaporated milk3 eggs1/4 c. lemon juice1 can (21 oz.) Comstock cherries Preheat oven to 300°. Mix crust with fork; put aside. Let cream cheese stand until softened. Then mix; beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Bake approximately 60 minutes or until center is firm.
