  • 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell - 1 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • can sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • lemon juice from concentrate - 1/3 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • can cherry pie filling, chilled - 1 oz

How to make cherry cheese pie:

In a large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill at least four hours (best overnight) until set. Top with chilled pie filling before serving.
