Cherries in the snow

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1 c
• large container Cool Whip - 1 item
• cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
• angel food cake - 1 item

How to make cherries in the snow:

Blend cream cheese and sugar together. If too stiff, add a little milk. Set aside. Spread 1/2 of the Cool Whip in the bottom of a rectangular glass casserole. Slice cake thin. Layer with the Cool Whip, cheese, sugar mixture, more cake, then more Cool Whip. Top with cherries. Chill.
