Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- tomatoes - 1 c
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make cherokee casserole:
Brown ground beef and onion (drain). Add tomatoes, soup, rice, salt, oregano and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes. Put in baking dish. Top with cheese. Heat in oven until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
