Ingredients/Components

  • can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • cup Minute Rice - 1 item
  • can mixed vegetables or vegetable of your choice; can omit entirely - 1 item
  • Cheese, type and quantity of your choice - 1 item

How to make cherokee casserole:

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add remainder of ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
