  • green onions, sliced - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • bread, cubed - 1 c
  • can spinach or equivalent fresh amount when in season - 1 item

How to make cheesy spinach bake:

Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, until done.
