Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- potatoes, sliced thin - 8 c
How to make cheesy scalloped potatoes:
Combine soups, milk, salt and pepper. In 2-quart baking dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup mixture. Put margarine on top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
