Ingredients/Components
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- evaporated milk
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs Pepperidge Farm - 1 2
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Cook potatoes; drain and place in a 2-quart baking dish. Melt 6 tablespoons butter and blend in flour; slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Heat to a boil. Add salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Melt 3 more tablespoons of butter and stir in bread crumbs. Pour on top of the cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
