Cheesy potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• flour - 6 Tbsp
• butter - 6 Tbsp
• evaporated milk
• salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
• medium potatoes - 8 item
• sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
• bread crumbs Pepperidge Farm - 1 2

How to make cheesy potatoes:

Cook potatoes; drain and place in a 2-quart baking dish. Melt 6 tablespoons butter and blend in flour; slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Heat to a boil. Add salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Melt 3 more tablespoons of butter and stir in bread crumbs. Pour on top of the cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
