Ingredients/Components
- melted oleo - 1/3 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- medium new potatoes - 12 item
- slices crumbled cooked bacon - 8 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Wash, don't peel, and cut up potatoes into bite-size; cook. Layer potatoes, then cheese, bacon and butter in ovenproof dish. Repeat. Season with salt and pepper. Heat until hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
