Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- 1/2 cans milk or more to cover potatoes - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Heat soup, milk, onion and salt on low heat in large saucepan on top of stove. Peel and slice potatoes. Add potatoes to hot soup mixture.Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. May add chopped ham, browned ground beef or sausage for more flavor.
