  • water - 4 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • onions, chopped - 2 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • pepper pinch - 1 item
  • potatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item
  • carrot, pared and chopped - 1 item
  • Velveeta approximately - 1/2 lb
  • leeks, washed and chopped - 2 item

How to make cheesy potato soup:

Put all ingredients in crock-pot, except evaporated milk and cheese. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Add cheese and evaporated milk in the last hour.
