Cheesy potato soup



  • large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin - 4 item
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp

How to make cheesy potato soup:

Cook potatoes and onion with salt in small amount of water until tender. Add milk and cheese. Mix cornstarch in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water until dissolved. Add to potatoes. Stir and cook slow until thickened.
