Cheesy-potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- green onion, diced - 1 item
- medium potatoes, diced - 8 item
- can Milnot or evaporated milk - 1 item
- slices crisply fried bacon, crumbled - 6 item
How to make cheesy-potato soup:
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain most of the water off. Stir butter and green onions into the hot potatoes. Mix together the Milnot, soups and milk and pour over potatoes.
