milk - 1 c
butter or oleo - 1/2 c
can cream of celery soup - 1 item
can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
green onion, diced - 1 item
medium potatoes, diced - 8 item
can Milnot or evaporated milk - 1 item
slices crisply fried bacon, crumbled - 6 item

How to make cheesy-potato soup:

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain most of the water off. Stir butter and green onions into the hot potatoes. Mix together the Milnot, soups and milk and pour over potatoes. Add crumbled bacon and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
