- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes red - 7 item
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Cook potatoes (30 minutes). Peel and cut in small chunks. Set aside. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, onion, pepper, sour cream and soup. Gently stir in potatoes and cheese. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
