Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make cheesy mashed potatoes:
Cook peeled potatoes until tender. Drain. In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic powder and pepper. With mixer, beat until fluffy. Pour in 2-quart casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes; uncover and bake another 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
