Cheesy chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 12 oz
How to make cheesy chowder:
Cook veggies in butter until tender. Add pepper and broth. Simmer 30 minutes. Blend flour and milk. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook until thick and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Chowders.
