Cheesy chicken roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- hot sauce - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped - 3 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- can biscuits - 1 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- milk - 2/3 c
How to make cheesy chicken roll-ups:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and pepper. Roll biscuits out to 1/4 to 1/8-inch thick. Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on each rolled biscuit. Roll biscuits up and seal by pressing dough together. Place biscuits in greased baking dish. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine soup and milk in saucepan. Heat and pour over rolls. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake for 3 to 5 more minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Meat.
