Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks - 1/4 lb
- boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 2 item
How to make cheesy broccoli casserole:
Place broccoli in 8-inch square baking pan. Melt cheese and half the butter in pan until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Pour over broccoli. Toss crackers with remaining butter in bowl.
