Cheesy biscuit lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- can tomato paste - 6 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can refrigerator biscuits - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
How to make cheesy biscuit lasagne:
Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in 1 1/2 cups water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and pepper. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.In a separate bowl, combine cheeses, parsley and onion. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle. Fold over; press edges together with fork to seal. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
