Cheesecake cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- carton sour cream
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Topping:1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream1/2 tsp. vanilla2/3 c. sugar Cupcakes: Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper, rounded side up. Cream the cream cheese with eggs (one at a time). Add vanilla and sugar; blend well. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; let sit 5 minutes.Topping: Mix the sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Fill hollow of each cupcake with this topping. Place a dab of your favorite preserves in center; bake for 5 minutes more at 300°. Makes 24 servings.
Note: This is so easy and so good; the children just love these Cheesecake Cupcakes.
