Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 8-inch pan. Mix first 3 ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Reserve 1/3 cup crumbs. Pat remaining crumbs gently into pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over crust; sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Bake 25 minutes, until set. Cool and cut into squares. About 85 calories.
