graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
sugar - 1/4 c
eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 1 Tbsp
sour cream - 8 oz
flour - 2 Tbsp
stick butter - 1 item
whipping cream - 1/3 c
pecans
stick melted butter - 1 item
Set aside
Add eggs one at a time and mix

How to make cheesecake:

Mix together and press in bottom and side of a 10 inch spring pan. Set aside.Cake:5 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese1 c. sugar4 eggs1 Tbsp. vanilla8 oz. sour cream2 Tbsp. flour Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour together. Add eggs one at a time and mix. Add vanilla and then blend in the sour cream. Pour into the crust and bake at 335° for 65 minutes.Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar1 stick butter1/3 c. whipping cream1 1/2 c. pecans In sauce pan, add butter, brown sugar, pecans and whipping cream. Bring to a boil, but do not over cook. Set aside and cool. After cooled, pour over cake. The cake can be made and frozen, but put topping on cake the day you serve it.
