- vanilla extract
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- carton sour cream
- dash of salt - 1 item
- crushed graham crackers
- cinnamon optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened juice of 1 lemon or 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract dash of salt1 1/2 c. sugar4 eggs Topping:1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 to 2 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add salt. Add one egg at a time, beating continuously.Pour into spring-form pan and bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Afterward, combine topping ingredients and pour over cake. Set oven to 450° and bake an additional 10 minutes.
